Our Mission
The mission of SCF is to support the goals and objectives of the Western Shasta Resource Conservation District in the management and restoration of natural resources for the benefit of all its inhabitants, both present and future generations.
Our Work
The Shasta Conservation Fund (SCF) is a non-profit organization that partners with the Western Shasta Resource Conservation District, other local agencies, and landowners to manage conservation easements in Shasta County.
The purpose of SCF is to provide environmental education, exchange scientific information, and foster the conservation or restoration of Western Shasta County’s natural resources, especially in the areas of watershed improvement, fuels and vegetation management, and erosion control.
