These houses are made from trees grown on our own forest lands, which are protected, in perpetuity, as a sustainable, bio-diverse multi-aged forest under the guidelines established in a conservation easement with Pacific Trust.

 


The Phillips Bros Mill is the last totally steam powered mill in America and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places
